2. What currency are your prices in?

All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of the 5% VAT, as required by UAE law.

3. How much is delivery within the UAE?

We offer FREE delivery on all orders of 220 AED and over.
For orders below this amount, a flat rate of 35 AED applies.

4. How long does delivery take within the UAE?

We offer a fast delivery service. After a processing time of 1-2 business days, delivery within the UAE typically takes only 1-3 business days.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our base in the UAE. You can find detailed delivery times for GCC countries and other international destinations on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.

6. Which courier companies do you use?

Our primary partner for deliveries within the UAE and GCC is Aramex. For all other international shipments, we use DHL.

7. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor your delivery’s progress.

8. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we may be able to make changes. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
