Step 3: Collection or Drop-off We will arrange for a convenient collection of the parcel from your address with our courier partner, Aramex, or provide you with instructions for a nearby drop-off point.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Inspection & Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
- Refund Method: Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges, Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Exchanges: The fastest way to arrange an exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
